Uber Eats not refunding me

16th July 2025 I placed an order on Uber Eats app. Payment taken from my account, waited over 2hrs and everytime the thing said looking for new delivery driver. Eventually the order cancelled on its own and because my kids were waiting for their supper I placed another order from somewhere else which arrived. Paid for that too. Email confirmation received that the order was cancelled. Tried disputing it and on the email it said there is nothing left to do, refunds will be done automatically within 10 days. Well, its been 10 days. I checked my app. Nothing app**** to my wallet. Been checking my bank account, nothing refunded to my account. Now I tried to request and am told its out of the dispute window coz they have a 48hr window but nowhere on the app did it allow me to raise it in the 1st place!!!!! No means of calling them or sending an email. No way of even requesting a call back!!!!
