Uber eats not refunding inedible order
Food arrived late and ice cold. Burger buns soaked wet in sauce, deadly salty and difficult to eat. Items missing from order. Boxes forces to fit into plastic bag and squashed food. Absolutely disgusting. Clearly no care put into preparing my order. I spent R300 on the order, but Uber Eats refunds me with R4.

01 Sept 2020, 14:02Never got full refund, always get generic template responses. ticket also gets passed around to different consultants, who don't know the complaint history. Its a mess.
