Uber eats not in my area

I have been trying to get uber eats to deliver to my home for the last 1 year and a half now with this lock down when i needed more i still cant get them to deliver they keep saying we will be in your area soon but still no joy. There is other delivery ppl that deliver in my area with no problems. I am realy disappointed that such a huge company cant get themselves together and sort out there issues relating to deliveries. After all there taxi service runs all areas why not there delivery service
