Uber eats not delivering the good

I have been an avid Uber eats supporter until this evening. I ordered Mac Donald’s as I was feeling a little lazy after watching an afternoon of rugby. Unfortunately, half of my order did not arrive upon delivery and the contact number on the website says “the number I have dialed is incorrect”. Thanks for the help. I have also tried to contact Uber Eats via the app but I can only expect help in 24hrs (which doesn’t help my cause) and their app is extremely unhelpful in this position. I would heavily refrain from using Uber Eats as it is unprofessional and doesn’t offer any assistance when they have forgotten your order. I find this extremely frustrating without any assistance.
