UBER Eats not delivering after paying

I order uber eats on Tuesday 22nd of June and the food never turn up, the driver refused to answer his phone. Requested a refund from the App and haven't received anything. Thisis the 2nd time this has happened so I will not be using them again and will rather use MR Delivery.

Very bad service.
