Uber Eats not delivered , I want a Refund.

I placed an order on the Uber Eats App and they order never arrived then i queried with support , they tell me that my order was delivered and they driver tried to contact me and there is no refund that can be processed. I said okay who did they driver give the order since i did not receive it nor got contacted by the driver . I paid R325 for an order not received. I want my money back as this is not the first time and I cant let this go on like this ,this is pathetic service. I need the manager details to authorize my refund as the driver left the order somewhere and said its delivered and i did not received and nor did the security see the driver in our premises. I want my money back.
