Uber eats not delivered

I’m so highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the uber eats services. Last week Sunday I ordered and paid for x2 breakfast KFC meals from constantia kloof. Firstly the driver delayed to get on the estimated, we waited and waited and only to receive a message from him and a picture saying he has delivered our food and when I went to check with the security at the gate, the confirmed that the uber driver didn’t even get to our gate. I laid a complain, a rude lady from the uber call centre called me after a couple of hours to tell me that the driver returned the order back to kfc and they want to sent back to me, I refused because I had to go and buy another meal at the kfc hoping I was gonna be refunded and she hanged on me without a solution or assisting me. I feel like I was ****med because when I’m following up on the app complaints, it says my complain can’t be dealt with because it’s been more 2 days after the incident. I need my refund. Please assist.
