Uber Eats not delivered

On the 3rd September 2021 I ordered Debonairs 3pple decker from Debonairs Ormonde for deliver to Studio 88 at Southdale Shopping Centre- estimated delivery time was 13:10 and it later changed to 13:30. The scheduled driver by the name of Sherrif was the driver- he completed the trip but no order was delivered to the specific address.

I am beyond livid right now because Uber has been giving me **** service for a while now, from monthly deductions or R99.99 from my credit card I've had to change my card and they did it again on my debit card but no one has been able to tell me what the money was for.

This is the last straw, I want my R188.90 back- their contact centre is so not helpful; I've spent more than R200 on airtime calling their useless call centre.

I am beyond livid at this point- Uber must refund me my money and after that I am deleting their app and never using their services again.
