Uber Eats Non Delivery Of Paid Orders

Bad service form Uber Eats. Ordered takaways and the order gets marked delivered when actually it has not been delivered. This has happened on more than one occasion. I went to the store to check if my order was returned only to be told that they cannot help me. They also pointed out that this is a norm with Uber Eats. As a customer there is no working recourse for this, you can only try to get a refund which they say will happen in around 10 working days. I have had two bad experiences and the refund has never come through. Once again today my delivery is marked delivered when i have not received it, so this is the third and would be my last. On one instant i had to redo my order because it did not go through but was charged twice. App**** for refund which never came through. I wonder how much money Uber Eats is making out of this tatic. I am now going to try Mr D hopfully this is going to be better.
