Uber eats no show

I placed an order with milky lane N1 City on Uber eats, but the delivery guy “David” never delivered my order. I was waiting in front of the house for my order tracking the delivery on the app, the delivery guy was a couple of minutes away and all of a sudden he marks my order as complete. I tried contacting him following the steps on the app but the guy just wasn’t answering his phone. I tried this four or five times without any luck. Needless to say Uber’s billed me and getting a refund takes up to 10 working days. I’m very disappointing with the service and I don’t think I’ll use the app again.
