Uber eats - no delivery

Hi, I ordered breakfast this morning from mugg and bean westville total. The order was picked by Uber by the name of sipho. An 1 hour ago the app showed he was 3 mins away . The guy never showed up , no tracking available, I tried calling , his fone is off . I called mugg and bean they confirmed other was dispatched. This is very scary , guys be careful, do not trust Uber eats .
