UBER EATS NEEDS TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICES

I am absolutely fed up with Uber Eats. On multiple occasions, my orders either never arrive, or they are delivered completely messed up. There is no way to call anyone, they never call you when there’s an issue, and the responses you receive are robotic, repetitive and completely unhelpful.

I understand mistakes can happen, but this has now become a pattern. Not everyone abuses the system — some of us genuinely rely on the service. I work for a large corporation, and I regularly use the platform for staff, clients, and myself personally. Yet the level of service I receive is consistently disappointing.

Uber Eats urgently needs to improve their customer support, accountability, and overall service quality. At this point, it feels completely unreliable.
