Uber Eats need to vet their vendors properly

Uber Eats needs to vet their vendors. Today I purchased a tiny amount of shea butter from a vendor called 9ja Delicacies. It was R35 plus a R22 delivery fee. I had. I had not yet added a tip because I usually do this after the delivery. When I raised this with Uber Eats they told me to contact my bank. Uber Eats takes no accountability when ************ vendors take advantage of customers. It’s not right. This vendor has one telephone number listed on the web but they are impossible to get hold of.
