Uber Eats - Nando’s Brackenfell

What pathetic service from Uber Eats. I placed an order of Nando’s however the restaurant then closed due to loadshedding however they still accepted the order. It then took just under 2 hours for my order to be prepared. I tried cancelling the order but then Uber Eats wants to bill me for the full order because the restaurant had started preparing my order. Never mind the fact that the restaurant was closed. This is pathetic and disgusting service for the fact I could not cancel an order that had not even been prepared after a hour and a half. And I was unable to get through to an agent on the chat support.
