Uber Eats **** - My order was not delivered

I ordered food from Uber eats. The driver fetched my food and while I was tracking him. After a few minutes, I saw that he marked the order as delivered and he shot a picture of the food at the complex gate. He didn’t even try contacting me and they are doing nothing about this.
