Uber eats my money

Highly disappointed in UberEats. I order a meal for my whole family for 8pm and they cancelled my order at the last minute. This is after I struggled for an hour to order my food because UberEats did not subtract the amount from my uber credit. I re-order at 8pm and now how to pay R400 instead of using my credits. I tried to phone them but their hotline is down and they don't offer any other way to contact them. Don't order from uber eats, you are wasting your money and time, use mr D foods.
