Uber Eats must fall

I ordered food via the Uber eats app only to find out that my order was given to a driver and he then rerouted my order. The merchant refused to give me the order and Uber support refused to refund my account. The merchant notified me that the drivers have found a loop on the system glitch. Uber has not bothered to rectify this glitch. They are happy to see unhappy customers paying for services not rendered. What kind of a business is this?
