Uber Eats - Multiple issues

I have used Uber Eats for quite some time and never had any issues before until the last 2 weeks. I ordered 11/09/2020 for delivery, the driver was driving in circles around my address and seemed lost, I phoned the help center and the agent told me I cannot phone the help center for issues like this and I have to send an email, which is ridiculous in my opinion. The driver eventually pitched up(He reckons he got lost). I tried Uber Eats the next day again and exactly the same result occurred. A week later I tried Uber Eats again (20/09/2020) with special instruction that it is not the street behind us but the street where the KFC is situated, yet again the driver took a wrong turn. All the drivers reckoned that the GPS took them there, although I don't understand this as I have ordered on 13 other occasions to the same address with no issues, and the help center that can't really help is a big issue in my opinion.
