Uber eats more like Uber waste of time

I ordered a pizza from debonairs camaro crossing on 21/04/2024 at 20:05 marked it as priority delivery, was given an estimate waiting time of 30 to 40min. The pizza was packaged at 20:30 to 21:25 then Nevile the motorcycle driver collects & decides to stop at a engen garage instead of using the garage next to the debonairs. He does not come in my driveway rather he is on a main road, sending a message that he is outside, I try to call him via the app it goes to voicemail and he marks the order as delivered and rides away. More than one and a half hour for 1 pizza, what a waste of time. Maybe because we did not add a tip on the app Nevile introduced his delay tactics. I tip in hand as per service received. As for Uber eats you should be weary of the type of people you assign to work with the app. That pizza was going to be my familys supper so we obviously had nothing. Shame on you for misleading people via this ****ty app, from now on I will stay with Mr Delivery!
