Uber eats, more like no eats!!!

Placed an order on Saturday, only for it to be delayed continuously, eventually I contacted them, only to be told my food was ready but they had no driver to pick it up. The apology was so sorry but dont worry we not going to charge you for food you never got.... are you kidding me, that's an apology. Disgusting service, order a week ago and had the same thing, kept being delayed, when the food arrived it was cold. So even if they eventually find a driver, they dont care if your food gets delivered ice cold.
