Uber eats ***** money from clients

I have ordered food from uber eats and had to cansel my order due to wrong choice of food.

They had to refund me and after a few attemps to get hold of them they send me an email to say they cannot refund me because the restaurant already accepted my order.

Neither Mochachos in Atkas road Boksburg or Uber eats want to refund me. To me this is ***** the money went iff my bank account.

I will advise nobody to use Uber eats the ***** your money. They are bunch of chinese that are untouchable.
