Uber Eats ****ming

On the 1st of Feb Uber Eats debited an amount of R218.80 from my account for no reason and are refusing to refund. I've attempted to contact them and was told that this amount was not actually debited, although they were supp**** with proof of the transaction. They have not resorted to ignoring and mails from me because they do not want yo refund. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful
