Uber eats ****mer

I ordered food from Uber Eats yesterday, and I am beyond furious because it was never delivered! 😡 Yet, the app has the nerve to show that driver delivered it. I tried calling the driver, but of course, he was completely unreachable ,his phone went straight to voicemail. And on their side shows he tried to contact me the was never contact This is unacceptable!

I’m warning everyone !! be cautious of these ****mers on Uber Eats! How is it that the driver takes my food, disappears, and yet the app says the order was delivered? Mac donald confirmed the driver picked up my food, so where is it? This is outright theft, and I’m outraged by the lack of accountability! Worse the was pin provided to me give uber driver how does it get confirmed delivered when i never gave uber driver pin

I’ve already emailed Uber Eats, but they’re still “investigating” the matter. How long does it take to resolve something this simple? I expected much better service from a company as big as Uber Eats, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. 😡 I’m demanding a solution and fast i want my money back ASAP R256
