Uber eats ****med us, we ordered on the 5th of March… they made an error at the restaurant (Mc Donald’s) we cancelled the order and escalated same day, the initial response was we’ll get a refund in Five business days, we enquired after 5 business days, we told its 10days, before they said 10days they told us they processed the refund already, then it was 10days, now when we did a follow up, we were told we reported late and they won’t refund…
