Uber eats ****med me R109.00 on Monday, I placed an order and accidentally forgot to add address, Uber Eats claimed that they delivered my order to no 30 Sloane Street, Bryanston, Sandton, I went to the aforementioned address and the security officers informed me no one signed for my order, As far as i know when the driver drop off the order a person that placed an order has to confirm the pin but yet Uber Eats claimed that my order was delivered according to the message i received on the system,Ever since i complained no one has reached out to me,The only thing i want is money back.
