Uber eats ****** me my money

I ordered food from Pedro's on Uber eats amounting to R 339.95. There store was no the closest and I decided to cancel so I could order at a different store because being from Inanda chances of finding a driver to deliver at that time we're very slim. I than canceled in less than 5 minutes after I ordered the food and they charged me a cancelation fee amounting to the same amount a the order. Their app did not even notify me on how much they were going to charge for canceling until after I confirmed the cancelation. I am disgusted by how useless their help service is and by their ********* rules. How can cancelation fee be the same amount as the order and saying the restaurant had start preparing the food should not be the excuse for robbing me because their app starts saying preparing at soon at the order is placed. That restaurant was not going to run a lose because I canceled my order since I did it a minute or 2 after placing the order. I am disgusted by Uber eats
