Uber eats ****** me food

Last night I ordered food I recieved a pin from uber so I can give it to thr driver when they bring my food i was to receive my food at 21h30 the driver collected the food at 20h50 kept saying he was 2 minutes away I went outside several times driver was not there at 21h10 app said food delivered and I never recieved a message nor a phone call from them. Uber help center has not attended my query till now and no refund nothing. The ubereat driver was driving CAA578890 KIA K2
