Uber Eats makes you pay and they don't deliver, I paid and received nothing.

I just ordered food for over R170.00 to me that's a lot to pay for a meal, and received the worst service. The food was not delivered, the driver did not understand the directions could not get hold of me and then I tried phoning the driver 6 or 7 times he did not answer his phone, and the phone just rang till it went on voice mail. he then marked it as delivered. IT WAS NOT. and how would they get the delivery coed that only i have on my app. They just they are not refunding me. I must pay for it further more a R10.28 was also deducted from my bank account by them.
