Uber eats makes us wait 3h until food gets delivered

On Friday the 13th March, We ordered a meal at 6 pm, the power went out at about the same time. We waited for about an hour and still no food delivery, This is where we found out there is no way to cancel an order at all. We chatted with the help option (they took an hour to respond) After 3 hours the food got delivered, Now we had made a plan as 3 hours is ridiculous to wait for food.

After chatting to the help section on the app, the agent did not care at all that the food was late, they just said well its getting delivered.

I gave my food to the driver who had spent his whole time also waiting for the food and could not cancel his pickup too.

I don't want anything, I am just letting you know your app is bad and your customer support is really bad, and we will not use it again.

So yeah thanks for nothing.
