Uber eats Loses its touch

I've been a customer with Uber and Uber eats for Multiple years and I've spoken highly of the company for a long time but the quality of the service this weekend was absolutely heartbreaking and I have a strong desire to move my business to Mr D after my complaints all I got was an automated message after explaining that I ordered food for my children and clearly wrote the delivery instructions but I was told my child should have left the safety of my home to go and look for a delivery man who has the instructions in front of them my order never arrived and the money was charged from my card absolutely disgusting from such a reputable company
