UBER EATS LITERALLY EAT YOUR FOOD IF YOU ARENT AVAILABLE WITHIN 4 MINUTES @ A PUBLIC LOCATION

Uber Eats - WATCH OUT they literally eat your food!!!! You pay for an order with a public pick up location. The driver arrives, makes 1 phone call and waits 4mins for you. If you are busy or on another call, you are doomed. You cannot Call Uber Eats, nor can you call the driver directly or from their app, then they leave and EAT your food. I spent over R500 on food to be delivered for a children's gathering, I kept up my part of the bargain and paid but missed that 1 call, but they NEVER delivered my food. Despite me attempting to call Uber, the driver and support team once I missed the call and stood outside in the road for 4 minutes. I send the email from the app "my order didn't arrive" they acknowledged they saw me calling they acknowledged there was a delivery problem yet Have chosen to rather Keep and Eat my order themselves!!!! Stating it's my fault. What kind of service delivery is that!!!!

Advice is to AVOID USING UBER EATS, unless you are happy to deal wth such disgusting, poor , customer service. Which means they are basically ******* I've literally had to add a different Uber email address because they don't supply u one ANYWHERE. #Hidingfromthepublic!!!
