Uber eats lack of support

Many times there is a problem with an order. No contact number for a contact centre ss the online help is not always helpful and does not silve issues as expected. Today i recived a chicken burger instead of a veggie burger. When logging the error in, ot says ots not eligible for refund o return. What am i suppose to do with a burger which i dont eat? Isnt that a waste of my money? They dont have an option to connect you to the restaurant so that i can sort it out with them. Extremely disappointed. Now must stay hungry or waste my money to place another order. And if that one comes incorrect also then?
