Uber Eats lack of support

Thomas was supposed to deliver my order and he claimed he waited for more than 8min and that was a pure lie. Trying to reach Uber support was useless, and never useful. I called the delivery guy who had a nasty attitude and he said he will come and drop my order after delivering other orders. I went to steers and they tried calling him and they made me speak to him and he disrespected me once again and the officials from steers advised me to report coz that’s how they rob customers of their food. What a shame to Uber eats for lack of support towards their customers. On the app they made it clear that I won’t get a refund, which means it was definitely my loss. My husband ended up calling Thomas and we had to drive to his location just to collect my order. I will never use Uber Eats and I’m uninstalling the app with immediate effect.
