Uber eats- KFC order never arrived. No assistance

Ordered KFC through Uber Eats. Saturday 13 December 2025. My order never arrived! Driver disrespectful when I contacted him to advise he was not outside my house. I attempted to call him and give directions because I could see on the App he was not at my house.

He hung up on me, pretending he couldn’t hear me and took off with my order claiming he couldn’t find me.

I expected him to take the order back to the store, but I was billed for the order not received.

Contacted Uber Eats, no assistance. They refused to refund order not received and they could clearly see that the order never reached me.

Very disappointed and extremely frustrated by the service. Horrible service both driver and Uber Eats customer support 🤮

I ended up ordering with MrD my family was waiting for dinner.

They stole from me!
