UBER EATS KFC Ontdekkers park terrible service

I ordered a crunch master dunked box meal that cost me a total of R115, 20. but instead got a dunked crunch burger that costs R57,90 , I sent pictures to the Helpdesk for Uber eats and the response was as I cannot load any pictures here i quote " thanks for reaching out ***x, we have taken a look into your order and the concerns you have raised and unfortunately we will be unable to provide a refund on this occasion . while we appreciate this wasn't the experience you were looking for we hope you understand our decision "

What exactly is the decision based on ? i sent pictures of the order I received and the amount of the order I paid for and received was not the same thing .
