Uber eats/ KFC

Good day, I bought KFC on the 11/07/2022 and the first order was not delivered which was a card transaction, then I made a second one which was defaulted to a cash transaction . The driver came and told Me to pay cash, I explained that I did a card transaction and money was debited even showed him my banking transactional history. He told Me that he cannot give Me the food which I understood but now I haven't gotten my money back and Uber needs Me to pay them for the food I never got. Where is my money? For the Card transaction that was successful? What am I paying for?
