Uber eats KFC 23 September 2022 - not delivered

I ordered kfc, Randparkridge on 23 September at 5:30... at 6:00 the uber eats app showed that my order was delivered. It never got delivered. The drivers name is Karabo Hendrick. I went to KFC at 7:00, they said it is not their error and they have nothing to do with it. They gave me a number to contact which just rings. I have complained 8x on the app and no one has come back to me. We need to report this ****. My kids didn't eat until 8pm ladtnight. Very disgusted with Uber eats. I have been a good loyal customer. I will never use them ever again.
