UBER EATS KEEP **** DRIVERS!!!

My order never arrived : true

I received a notification and email receipt saying my order was delivered: true

I tried to contact the delivery person: true

Share more details: Hi my McDonald order was never delivered, for an hour status was order arriving in 2mins, until status changed to order delivered. When o tried contacting drive error was person unreachable. When I went on True Caller, there were 5 messages from different people complaining of the same driver not delivering their order, I was shocked and disappointed Uber eats still keep this person on their business, complaints go back to 2023 Dec!!!! very disappointing.
