Uber Eats - Jay Peg BBQ

I am so frustrated by Uber Eats. I ordered Food from a place called JayPeg. I had to wait more than 45 minutes for the food to be prepared. Now i have been waiting for 20 minutes because all the drivers are cancelling. I escalated with UberEats and they tell me that if i cancel the order they will charge me for the food.

What must i do with cold Mogodu when it eventually arrives? How is it my problem that drivers are cancelling?
