Uber eats is trash

I have placed an order,paid online ,but never received my order ,I called the driver he said he is on his way he will call after 30 minutes,he never called me when I try to call the numbers no longer go through ,I tried to communicate with support via uber eats app no reply ,I place my order around 15:00 now it has passed 17:00 no communication and no order ,my kids are hungry ,I want my refund,I called the restaurant they told me the order was collected by the uber eats driver Isaya
