Uber eats is trash

Uber eats can't accept that they sometimes have poor services. Now they don't do refunds if you complain a lot. I mean it's not my fault the restaurants in that area are trash. If I have a poor experience and I have proof. Give me a refund. I even told them I have proof of their poor services but they just carried on to say I'm suspicious.
