UBER EATS IS TRASH!!!!!!

I have just ordered Nandos using Uber Eats and your ***** of a driver collected my order and then cancelled it. His name was either Kudambo or Kalamby. I gave him my address and then he cancelled the order and passed it on to an Eric. Gave Eric my order only for him to call me and tell me the first guy took the order. The restuarant called the first guy and he told. Them he's on his way home WITHOUT delivering my order. The restuarant tells me someone already picked up my. Order but THEY DONT KNOW HIS NAME AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! Now I've been transferred to Eric who says the restuarant refuses to make my order because it's gone out and there's nothing he can do because Uber is not answering his calls. I have now been transferred to a FOURTH driver. ''S" is the name!!!!!!! What level of PATHETIC is this????? Your driver S is telling me about being a South African instead of giving me solutions. I have no food. My money has been taken!!! UberEats GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!
