Uber eats is the worst delivery service

Uber eats is the most unreliable delivery service in South Africa!! I've been so comfortable with orderin and MR Delivery but yesterday I decided to try Uber eats, they billed me for food that never arrived at my place. There is no reply from their side when I request help. I am utterly disgusted by their customer service that they offer, no South African helpline to call. I will never use Uber again!
