Uber Eats is the pitts!!!

I ordered online on Uber Eats at 10:35 and paid for it automatically with my card. The delivery was meant to be at 11:15. The driver kept driving around in circles after collecting my food 20 minutes after it was ready and he still drove around in circles after collecting my food. I waited for over an hour and still my delivery was not done until it said delivery failed. How does a delivery fail when I've already paid for it? Terrible service...
