Uber eats is the most annoying and frustrating app to ever exist!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I have continuously had issues with the delivery of my food, missing items from my orders, poor transportation of the food with everything being smashed or spilt. Uber Eats does not even have a customer service platform that is efficient or reliable. They determine what is “eligible for a refund” or not even when it is blatantly obvious that they or their drivers have messed up. I have lost count of how many times I have been unsatisfied with the service offered by Uber Eats. Today, the driver marked my order as delivered yet didn’t even bother contacting me or answering his phone. Everytime I contacted him the call went straight to voicemail. I stood outside my door waiting for him. Even after trying to contact him numerous times Uber Eats had the audacity to charge me for my meal and advised that I was not eligible for a refund even though there is a trail of communication between myself and the driver. The image the driver also posted after he marked the food as delivered displays the food still being in his Uber Eats bag. So incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this ********** company. Not to mention their “support” has no email address or contact number. Every customer related query is dealt with at their leisure and discretion.
