Uber eats is TERRIBLE

Terrible service and app caused a major problem: i placed an order on the app for mochachoes thinking that i would get a great meal before i had to go to the doctor but thats when the problems started Firstly it placed the order WAY too far from me as in 30 mins away. i then tried to get them to cancel the order. first guy tells me that i have to wait then refuses to listen to me then ends the call immidiately without givein me a single second to even talk. then the second guy gets on too late to help and refuses to give me a refund telling me that the resturant still needs to be paid. i then try to redirect the delivery guy to my address who then refuses stating it is too far.. i am now left woundering if i will get my money back and i am still hungry. the service has been terrible and i am shocked at how they treat a customer from the "Help" line
