Uber Eats is robbing people day light

On the 20 of January of January 2023. I ordered pizza from Romans pizza using Uber eats. I was told that the delivery guy was called Maria but when my order arrived it was male guy. I paid him cash 160 r and he left. To my suprise was being told that my order was cancelled and for that I need to pay for the order. What can I do
