Uber eats is robbing me off my hard earned money

On the 19th of January I order a pizza via the uber eats app which I never received. When tracking the order I realized that the driver had noted that he tried calling me which was a blatant lie as I had my phone in hand because I was hungry and awaiting my order it never rang even once. Upon my realization that he was no longer coming I complained on the app and my plight fell on deaf eyes as no1 responded. To my dismay yesterday I asked how we were going to remedy this situation and I was told they can't process my refund as it has been more than 48 hours since the order was made
