Uber eats is not so great

My colleagues and I orders breakfast this morning using uber eats to McDonald's in Craighall. Firstly the guy who was delivering our food was untidy and unprofessional - he budged into my office, didn't greet and was playing loud music. The coffee was spilled and I asked him why it was spilled and he said he was hushing to deliver that's why it spilled. Secondly the has-brown was not properly covered and it was delivered as it was. I didn't drink the coffee cause it looked disgusting on the outside (considering that it had 2 lids) - these lids were both open and I thought it was supposed to be closed. I also didn't eat the hash-brown because it was not covered. The only thing that work with this meal is the Mc****in. I am just ****ed off with the service given.
