Uber eats is Nonsense, Im going to delete you app!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND

I ordered last night and the driver delivered to an unknown address and the response I got was that the driver left my food in a secured place. What place ?as I was outside since 20:30 and the driver indicated that he completed the order but he never came to my street. Now i want my money back so that I can delete your app. I've used the same address many times before and never had an issue. His name was Tafadzwa. All i want is my money back and I'll leave their app.
